These terms apply to browsing snowshan.com and purchasing from Snowshan. Read them with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent term.

Ordering

Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details. Review the product, selected variant, quantity and total before paying. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we issue a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we notify you and refund any payment taken. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or permission from an authorised adult.

Products and safe use

Only components expressly listed for the selected option are included. Other objects and styling props in photographs are not included unless stated. Colour can vary with lighting and screen settings; material discrepancies remain subject to your consumer rights. Capacity and dimensions are stated where available.

Follow the specific product instructions. Glass alone does not establish stove, microwave or dishwasher compatibility. Use designated handles, take care with hot water and keep hot or fragile objects away from children. Do not use cracked glass. Check voltage, frequency and plug compatibility for electrical products before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless another checkout currency is expressly shown. Shipping, taxes and discounts are itemised before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Never email full card details. If a material pricing or description error is discovered, we contact you to confirm corrected details or cancel and refund. We do not take an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains fulfilment, separate parcels and updates. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains cancellation and remedies, including the applicable UK 14-day online cancellation right. We remain responsible for our obligations when a partner dispatches an item.

Promotions and Tea Table extras

The offer conditions displayed at purchase apply. The current Tea Table offer requires at least three paid item units; complimentary items do not count toward the minimum. The ebook, VIP Tea Circle membership and priority handling are fulfilled after purchase. Membership does not create a paid subscription or recurring charge. Website use and intellectual property

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent orders. Content belonging to Snowshan or its licensors is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We remain responsible for goods meeting applicable descriptions and statutory quality requirements. Occasional website maintenance or outages do not remove rights attached to accepted orders.

Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Email cs@snowshan.com with your order reference, the issue and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Changes and applicable rights

Updates apply to future use and orders. The terms in place when you ordered continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is legally required or agreed. Nothing here removes mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your country of residence.
