Shipping policy

Snowshan offers brewing objects, cups and accessories through selected fulfilment partners. Products may be dispatched from different locations and may arrive separately. Our US contact address does not mean every item is stocked or dispatched in the United States.

Destinations and charges

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. We currently focus on the United States and United Kingdom. Availability can vary by item and delivery address.

Processing and delivery

Processing and carrier transit are separate. Product-specific or checkout estimates, where displayed, apply to your selected item and destination. If no delivery estimate is displayed, contact us before ordering for the current expected processing and delivery window. We do not promise express delivery unless expressly offered for your order.

If we cannot meet an agreed timeframe, we will notify you and provide your options to agree to a revised date or cancel for a refund, as required by law. Where no dispatch time is stated for a US order, we follow the applicable 30-day shipment rule. UK orders are to be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed with you.

Free standard shipping over $90

Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $90 USD after discounts qualify for free standard shipping to eligible US and UK addresses. The offer is applied automatically at checkout; no code is required. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold. Complimentary $0 items do not increase the qualifying subtotal. The address must have an eligible standard shipping option. Express upgrades, taxes and customs charges are not included.

Priority processing

Qualifying Tea Table orders are prioritised ahead of standard orders in our handling queue. This does not promise a guaranteed dispatch date, express shipping or a shorter carrier transit time.

Tracking and separate parcels

When tracking is available, we send details to your checkout email. Tracking may appear before the first carrier scan. Separate parcels may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates.

Taxes and customs

Taxes and shipping collected by Snowshan appear at checkout. Cross-border shipments may incur import duties or handling charges unless checkout expressly states these are included. Contact us before ordering if you need destination-specific clarification.

Changes, delays or missing parcels

Check your address before payment. Contact us immediately for a correction or cancellation; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking is delayed or a delivered parcel cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate. A carrier scan alone does not remove your legal rights.
