Do I need to buy a complete set?

No. Cups are optional. Your chosen items are added separately to your cart.

Which Lunel size should I choose?

Choose 600ml for a smaller brew or 800ml for more tea. Cup sizes vary, so compare the capacity with what you usually prepare.

What if my glassware arrives damaged?

Stop using the item and contact cs@snowshan.com with your order number. Photos of the item and packaging help where available. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. You will not pay necessary return costs for an item confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Shipping and delivery

Free standard shipping to eligible US and UK addresses on orders over $90 after discounts, applied automatically at checkout. Delivery details.

Returns and exchanges

For a change-of-mind return, tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within a further 14 days. Return postage is your responsibility; there is no restocking fee. Faulty or damaged goods are handled separately. Read the full return policy.
