Delivery and shipping
- United States: $6.95 USD standard shipping per order.
- Other eligible international destinations: $14.95 USD standard shipping per order.
- Free standard US and UK shipping: merchandise subtotals over $90 USD after discounts. Applied automatically at checkout; no code required.
Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the free-shipping threshold. Enter your address at checkout to confirm an eligible delivery option. Customs or import charges may be additional unless expressly included.
Before you order
Check the selected size, finish, capacity and included components. Styling objects are not included unless expressly listed. For electrical products, confirm the voltage, frequency and plug match your local power supply. If a measurement, compatibility detail or delivery estimate is not listed, contact us before purchasing.
Processing and arrival
Processing and carrier transit are separate. We use fulfilment partners; parcels may leave different locations and arrive separately. Our Wyoming contact address does not mean every item ships from the US. Use any estimate shown for the selected product and destination, or ask us for the current expected window before ordering.
If we cannot meet an agreed timeframe, we will explain the delay and your options, including cancellation and refund where applicable. Read our Shipping Policy for full details.
Tracking and order changes
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation where available. Separate parcels may have separate tracking numbers. Contact us promptly for an address correction or cancellation; a change may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If a parcel is delayed or missing, send your order number so we can investigate.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
- Stop using cracked, damaged or unsafe glassware or electrical equipment.
- Email cs@snowshan.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Keep the item and packaging while we help. Photos of both are useful where available; we will work with you if photos are not possible.
We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund, repair or other remedy required by applicable law. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for an item confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, or arrange an appropriate alternative. Contact us before buying an unusually costly return service. These rights are not limited by a short reporting deadline or the change-of-mind window.
Changed your mind?
Tell us within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Include supplied parts and package fragile items securely. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You pay change-of-mind return postage; there is no restocking fee. Contact us for the correct return destination before posting. The correspondence address below is not an automatic return address.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Cancellation-return refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the goods or proof of return, whichever happens first; your payment provider may need additional time to show the funds. Read all return conditions, including original delivery charges and faulty-item rights.
